This is a response to how we do critique. I was administered a hearing test by Kelly, Brown. Prior to the test, Kelly, spent a great deal of time explaining the physiology of my ear as well as the potential for problems in the ear. She was excellent in the manner in which she educated me and made me feel comfortable. The staff at this Miracle-Ear is the nicest and the most helpful. Doctor Kelly Browne is a saint. My dad can be a handful, but Dr Browne was still so helpful and patient with us. She took so much time with us to get things right with my dad. You can tell she loves what she does. I would recommend Dr Kelly Browne and this place to anyone! My dad is so happy!
My husband purchased his hearing aid 9 days ago from the MIRACLE EAR at 571 N. YORK ST ELMHURST,IL.. We were so impressed with "KELLY". We have been with MIRACLE EAR for 20 years and she is by far the best employee that we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I went for a free hearing test (flyer) and expected to be encouraged to get hearing aides, possibly even if unnecessary, but I'm concerned about hearing loss. Kelly Browne took my information, gave a thorough, understandable explanation of hearing pathways, effects on the brain and the different tones. After I was tested, she explained the results well and said she wouldn't recommend aides at this time although my hearing is mildly below normal..I had a very positive experience, thank you Kelly, you are very good at your wor... read more
