The staff at this Miracle-Ear is the nicest and the most helpful. Doctor Kelly Browne is a saint. My dad can be a handful, but Dr Browne was still so helpful and patient with us. She took so much time with us to get things right with my dad. You can tell she loves what she does. I would recommend Dr Kelly Browne and this place to anyone! My dad is so happy!
My husband purchased his hearing aid 9 days ago from the MIRACLE EAR at 571 N. YORK ST ELMHURST,IL.. We were so impressed with "KELLY". We have been with MIRACLE EAR for 20 years and she is by far the best employee that we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. SHE was so patience with my husband when we came back for a check up to make sure all his settings were correct for him. She continued to fine tune his hearing aid on our 2nd check up visit. I went for a free hearing test (flyer) and expected to be encouraged to get hearing aides, possibly even if unnecessary, but I'm concerned about hearing loss. Kelly Browne took my information, gave a thorough, understandable explanation of hearing pathways, effects on the brain and the different tones. This place is amazing! The employees were very nice. The lady at the front was very welcoming ! The hearing consultant was very patient. Definitely a nice place !
