I had lost the ear piece for one of my hearing aids and stopped in the Englewood Store to get a new one. The office manager provided me with one but recommeded that I see Alex Buntrock the Certified Aid Specialist to exam by ear to make sure that the missing piece was not logged in my ear. Mr. Buntrock not only located one ear piece but a second ear piece that I didn't know was missing.
