Miracle Counseling has false advertisement and poor customer services. On Psychology Today, it says Dr. Mirta Cabrera offers a free 15 minute consultation but when we reached out to her office to schedule an appointment, they told us that they "do not" offer free consultations. I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding my recent visit with Dr. Cabrera. I left the appointment upset because I felt that not only was my child misunderstood, but I, as a parent, was treated with a complete lack of empathy. Dr. Cabrera expected my 1-year-old daughter to behave and respond as if she were five years old. When the appointment was for my oldest child. Do not recommend, my daughter 14yrs old was seeing both therapist. The older woman was just plan rude but the younger is very nice. Insurance was under my name but for some reason they starting sending all the bills to my under age daughter without my consent. They will scam to try to get more money out of you. I read other reviews and I agree they don't show up at times or cancel your appts last minute. Very unprofessional place. Trust me go find another therapist.
