Just bought my first brand new car less than 2 weeks ago. Brand New!! Took it to get washed today here and the lady drying cars at the end was slapping the towel against my back bumper to dry it. IMMED say something and get told she can reach it so she does that. It's my BACK BUMPER. On a CAR! Still had mud under my mud flaps and on my windshield. Worst job ever. Wish I could put up pictures. $15 and 10 plus employees washed my car and the dash and other parts inside untouched. I'll never go back.
4th time I have been here. Has sucked every time. Halfasss. Job. My 6 year old does a better job
Had some alcohol thrown on my car while DD for friends, The most basic package and included a wash some interior glass cleaning and cleaning the floor mats which was just exactly what I needed even though it was below freezing. First time here and it was great experience with every other carwash closed I will definitely be back
Not only do their washs suck, the owner is a dick and treats his employees UNFAIRLY to say the least! Complete lack of professionalism!!!
Wow...wasted $19.80 on a car wash that was awful. The guys in the back vacuumed it out great, but the guy who was supposed to be drying my car off had to take a break from wiping my windows to grab a few fries out of his BK sack, guess they don't get a lunch break. My windows still were dirty and my inside console still had dust on it.
My Car sparkled :) great customer service. I decided to get my car wash on my lunch break. I even had time to grab a quick bite on my way back to work.
