You guys do a decent job but I’m putting this here as as a customer who is also in customer service. I just walked in 20ish minutes to 9 and I was told you are closed so you can clean. If that’s the normal process, change the hours on the website because I looked! I just drove 20 minutes to get here to get turned away 20 minutes before you close. My wedding is in 2 days and she burned my face with wax. Ripped my skin off. So disappointed. I just wanted sideburns and she proceeded to wax my entire face without asking. Also didn’t even remove all the hair… and charged me for full face. I’m so disappointed for this to be ruining my wedding photos.
