Fair on process, not on the car itself. I drove three hours from Connecticut to buy a 2018 Audi S5 Sportback. Communication beforehand was responsive and the negotiated terms were clear and reasonable. I paid a refundable deposit conditioned on an independent pre-purchase inspection, and to their credit, that deposit was returned without any issue. The problem was the car.
