So unprofessional canceling 30 mins before our appointment more than once. It seems as though no one in the office communicates with each other. They would call regarding my daughter and ask questions that they should have probably reviewed in her files before calling. The doctors seemed ok but all in all a terrible experience.

MiraCare has helped my son tremendously! I am surprised at reading the reviews. He has been going for about a year and his therapist, Benji Gertin, has been amazing to him and me. The front desk is always helpful also!

Office staff and billing are not great! They don’t seem to care about providing customer service. The doctors are great, but their office support is poor!

Run. Unprofessional and unethical don’t even touch the tip of the iceberg on this location. You will be told you can self pay if they don’t take your insurance. Then, at 8pm the night before your appointment you’ll be told by the provider, “my rates are too high for us to help you” but come in anyway, for a charge, so we can make sure. Money hungry, no real interest in helping and they will absolutely waste as much of your time as possible.
