Office staff and billing are not great! They don’t seem to care about providing customer service. The doctors are great, but their office support is poor!
Run. Unprofessional and unethical don’t even touch the tip of the iceberg on this location. You will be told you can self pay if they don’t take your insurance. Then, at 8pm the night before your appointment you’ll be told by the provider, “my rates are too high for us to help you” but come in anyway, for a charge, so we can make sure. Money hungry, no real interest in helping and they will absolutely waste as much of your time as possible.
Don’t be fooled by the old (some might say creepy building), it is full of professionals who are here to help. Starting from the front desk, they have a level of emotional intelligence that makes you feel welcome and safe; then to a provider who is professional and wants to do right by you. I never got the vibe they wanted to make you feel better, but that it is their JOB as professionals to do so, and they do it with utmost care. This building is full of people who come to work to do their best work everyday.
This place has helped me and family tremendously!
I’ve been seeing Dr.Lynn for ongoing a year. She has been so welcoming and honestly one of the few people who I can talk to and not feel like a walking disorder. She sees me as a Human and has definitely improved my mental health in ways i’ve been seeking for years. 10/10 best therapist in the world. I LOVE HER
