We had an evaluation completed there for one our kids and I was extremely happy with the process. From intake on, it was a relatively seamless process and everyone we worked with was extremely friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to find someone who worked with our insurance and had immediate intake availability. Our kiddo is learning to thrive and I have Mira Care to thank for that.
Very rude, everyone knew who we were saying our name throughout the walkies, even sent my sister down to see us just to tell us we cannot see her, refused to give us a real reason one. Not even her dad was on the papers to see her. The guy John was very unprofessional and very rude in general everytime my mother or I tried to ask a question and he kept cutting us off mid sentence. I feel bad for my sister
After almost 2 months of dealing with mental health organizations who never helped my daughter she was finally sent to Mericare. I can not say enough about everyone there. They truly cared about my daughter and has helped her so very much!! This place is amazing and the staff is phenomenal!!! If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Thank You to everyone there!!
