Charged me $275.44 just to replace and fix an old thermostat. Had the audacity to charge a 100% markup for the thermostat on the invoice and it wasn’t even new! The box was opened and damaged. In addition, the tech who came out showed up completely unannounced with no time frame given and chipped my new kitchen cabinets adjacent to the thermostat when rewiring. Highly do not recommend.
Incompetent and lazy techs. Didn’t take the time to check the tank correctly before diagnosing incorrectly.
Very helpful. Came out same day to refill oil tank of new place.
