I am a 61 year old disabled male with a bad neck, bad back, COPD, has had a heart attack, and prostate cancer. They say they cannot make it up my driveway. I have pictures of my driveway and I am being told by strangers that my driveway looks better than theirs. Mirabito wants the perfect driveway,but I am not a 20 year old in prefect health. I think they need better drivers.BTW I am also told that I am not the first to complain about this.
Stopped in for a propane refill wasn't told they charge by the tank versus by the gallon. My 100lb tank was half full and was charge the full price to fill it. I'll never use mirobito again. I suggest others don't either being a local company and all. They are not for the consumer.
Rude, unprofessional customer phone service. Acted like I was disturbing him. Learn some phone etiquette when dealing with customers buying your oil.
