What a dumb and poorly ran company. Look at all the one star reviews this company has. They have only received one star reviews for the last year.
ZERO stars! I have been a customer for years, since Dolan’s in Pine Bush sold to them. I have always been on auto delivery and this is the second time in a year I’ve run out of oil. I called the service 4 times today (a Saturday) and I was told, “We don’t make after hours deliveries in your area. No one can deliver to you until Monday.” So apparently I’m just supposed to go without heat or hot water until Monday because they failed to auto deliver. I have been a loyal customer of Mirabito Energy Products for over 25 years and until this year service has been excellent. This year has been terrible. When I called for service in June for my outdoor oil burner, I was told they don’t service pool heaters. This was a unit they installed that is simply a boiler. At the end of the summer, I called for service on my AC units. I was told I did not have a service contact since I did not renew it. Horrible company if u want a delivery on weekends 100$ charge off route delivery 100$ charge and they don’t run Sundays so they’re not 24/7 horrible expierence I wish I could take the star away they try at every turn to get an extra 100$ and they falsely advertise that they are 24/7 delivery! Please don’t do business with these crooks
After 25 years with Lindstedt and then Superior with no issues, Mirabito took over the oil customers from Superior. Customers were not informed of this arrangement for several months later. Had last oil delivery in April of 2024 - which our credit balance paid for. No other service or oil delivery. Then in August get a bill for over $1000 to include a service charge we never agreed to.
