We have been Mirabito customers for seven years. The farm uses a lot of fuels and Mirabito supplies us with all of it... Propane, Gasoline, Off-road diesel, and Heating Oil. The prices are consistently competitive and when our sales rep, Kevin, says the delivery truck will be there.. it's there, reliably. The farm cannot wait for deliveries that are delayed, when we need reilable delivery, we call Mirabito. Thanks Kevin!
I prepaid for oil the driver came look at my room mate said nothing and drove off. I was home as well in my room calling for 3 hours to find out what happened. No one knows anything until later in the evening, that the drive claimed there no path to my refill location. Mind you the driver never got out the truck I have video evidence. The claimed also they do not pull in any driveways which was a lie. So I cancelled I have the emails sent that day. Impossible to contact via telephone. Have been trying for 3 days. They never call back. I'm an automatic delivery customer, but will so run out of oil. The larger they get the poorer the service becomes. It was great when it was just Abbott & Mills. USE SOME ELSE!
We are on auto delivery and this week we were running very low and placed a call that we were about to be without oil … we were then told we were due for a delivery in 2 days but they were running 5-7 days behind schedule … We were told they would put us on an emergency call and two days later when no one had showed we called again and again were told we would be on an emergency call …This time we told them we are officially out of oil … How does the most expensive oil company around have such terrible work ethic …How do you... read more
