Horrible company if u want a delivery on weekends 100$ charge off route delivery 100$ charge and they don’t run Sundays so they’re not 24/7 horrible expierence I wish I could take the star away they try at every turn to get an extra 100$ and they falsely advertise that they are 24/7 delivery! Please don’t do business with these crooks
After 25 years with Lindstedt and then Superior with no issues, Mirabito took over the oil customers from Superior. Customers were not informed of this arrangement for several months later. Had last oil delivery in April of 2024 - which our credit balance paid for. No other service or oil delivery. Then in August get a bill for over $1000 to include a service charge we never agreed to. Had to request removal of service agreement and finance charges. Been dealing with fraudulent billing from Mirabito for several weeks. Even w... read more
Once again they left our family with no Propane, we asked for them to top off the tank once a month which they don't BTW... 2 More days is the best they can do for delivery. I don't think the customer service or service is worth it. The worst communication and response. Unreal!
Terrible company. Over priced oil and incredibly poor communication. Edit: Not surprised, but noone ever reached out to me.
Prompt delivery exactly as promised.
