This corporation is attrocious. Starting with their condo fees ($445/month) FOR NOTHING, as all they do is cut the grass ONCE a week and pick up garbage. When it was winter, we had to continuously shovel our own snow from the driveway and around the property, as they would only shovel it days after it snowed. Their customer service is also awful, as although we bought the property and are owners of the property - we still have to answer to their corporation, asking for permission for the SMALLEST THINGS.
