Our time here was only for 6 months, and for the most part it was a nice starter apartment. Decent area, decent apartment, slightly outdated but good appliances. The office staff is friendly enough, and for the most part gets things done quickly. Where we found issues was towards the end of the lease. My husband is active military and we didn't quite know when we were moving. no recommendation. lived there for one year, car got lots of scratches, lots of noise, dishonest management people, stay away...
I wish I never rented here at all. First off, during the annual fire extinguisher inspection, the staff left my apartment door propped open with the master key still in door. Thank goodness I came home during my lunch hour, because I found my apartment unsecured. They started inspections that morning at 8am....and I came home for lunch. I love living here. The staff is amazing! They have started doing resident activities, like a pool party, and a crime prevention meeting. It's nice to live in a community that is friendly. The neighbors say "hi" when you are walking the dog, and even though the staff does not supply poop bags, the other tenants are learing to clean up. I definitely reccomend this place!!!
This place was horrible to live. People break into your cars at night. The windows were not properly sealed and all winter long I had mold in my window seals. They refused to fix the problem, even though I signed a mold clause. They will charge you for every single little thing when you move out. Things that are normal wear and tear, they will charge you for. If the apartment isn't SPOTLESS when you move out, they will charge you an arm and a leg. There is a massive pigeon problem there and they are constantly in your patio.... read more
