I don’t usually post negative reviews, but this deserves attention. Visited on August 10th, 6:30 PM – Came to view a condo and was greeted by the same concierge I had encountered previously. Unfortunately, both times she was very unpleasant and dismissive, which left a poor impression. I tried to be polite and understanding, but her attitude was unwelcoming. This interaction alone would make me think twice about living here, as a friendly and respectful front desk sets the tone for the whole building.

Not Recommended – Disappointing Experience in Just a Few Months I moved into this building in May, and despite the nice views, the experience has already been frustrating enough that I would not recommend living here. Elevators are a constant problem. The garbage chute is frequently broken, forcing residents to carry trash down to the ground floor. Not Recommended – Disappointing Experience Over Two Years I’ve lived in this building for two years, and I would not recommend it — even with the views, the experience is not worth the price. The elevators have been a consistent issue. One of them was down for most of my time here, often leaving only one working elevator. Great amenities, gorgeous pool facing Lake Ontario. I go for my walks along the water front. People are nice and friendly. Everyone is like Family.
