Great amenities, gorgeous pool facing Lake Ontario. I go for my walks along the water front. People are nice and friendly. Everyone is like Family.

DON’T BUY HERE DON’T RENT HERE One of the worst buildings ever, It looks pristine on the outside, prime location, classy, but on the inside it is plagued with the WORST BUILDING MANAGEMENT EVER 1- they ask to access units for HVAC maintenance and fire alarm checks very frequently, every 2 to to 3 weeks, you can’t reschedule, you can’t have any say about when a stranger would open the door on you while you’re at the bathroom 2- You receive any mail that doesn’t have the registered name on it, or have name other than the tenan... read more
