Es un lugar agradable y tranquilo para vivir
Great location to go visit Disney World or Old Town, but this is the only good thing about this place. For one: The gate is broken most of the time. Two: The buildings are Infested with roaches and some of the tents don’t clean up after their dogs. The appliances are very outdated. At the end of the month, the trash is unpleasant to see, Go in the opposite direction when you have your guest come to visit.
I live here for years The hoa went from $359 to $660 a month HOA which is insane, even my friends at Celebration don't pay this much and they literally have everything in their community. Mailed the manager to ask where the money is going to and request receipt for all transactions on where the money is being spend and no response at all!!! Everyone is paying different amount and I am praying private inside insurance and paying for all maintenance issues out of pocket as well as all AC is out of pocket. I don't understand why is a different charge on the HOA, I was looking to buy a place here but notice the different amount of HOA fee, and I have to get inside insurance plus AC, what the sqt feet have to do with the extra charge. I will go some place else.
