Booked a room as a wedding night gift, Robert got me the best rate and I was allowed to go in to decorate for The newlywed couple. Noticed a billing error a few days later called and spoke to Tony and she was very pleasant and accommodating and got me refunded right away. My first experience booking at this hotel was a positive experience and one I would book again. Fantastic customer service
