If i could give zero stars i would. They absolutely suck when it comes to rent houses. They have been so unhelpful its been a week and i still don't have air conditioner and its July. I am having to stay in a hotel because they cant get their shit together.
Chris did an awesome job. Sold my home very quick. Very easy transaction. Kept me in the loop with everything. Strongly recommend them.
PSA. These people are crooked. They had us under contract for a home then had me do repairs on it. Then they terminated the contract, stole my earnest money and my survey I paid for. I found out after the fact they have some lawsuits against them for some real estate scam type of stuff. Ghosted us on the phone as well. We lost about 3500 bucks because of these swindlers.
Chris and his team at Mirabal Montalvo are amazing! Chris helped me every step of the way, from repairs to getting the house sold and did it all in just a few weeks. Very pleased with the contractors and the work they did and the turnaround was great. Best part for me is I never had to go into the office or to the residence to get everything done. I reached out to Mr. Montalvo for a listing he had available for sale. Upon answering he was short on the phone and made it clear the call was an inconvenience at that time. After that, he failed to forward info the home and ignored 3 texts of my follow up's until I called him AGAIN. As a seasoned investor I like to come to the table with multiple ways to acquire a property: traditional and creative.
