Property management problems and unethical GM. They had a 4.8 rating before they sold this property to this group.
I lived there for 5 years and absolutely loved it! I honestly have no idea what the negative reviews are talking about. Marcos was always incredibly responsive and helpful. I didn't have an issue with pests, and my apartment was in the middle of the complex. The washers and dryers were old, but they got newer ones. That got quite costly though. This place fell apart after it sold, and 'sold out' to what can best be described as a slum lord who extracts as much possible rent as humanly possible out of their tenants; but puts zero back into anything resembling a duty or obligation to their tenants. We lived there for 11 years, and have much worse to say. Read California West reviews before signing.
