The trees outside have been left untrimmed. We’ve submitted multiple requests, but the HOA continues states trees can block up to 75% of the view. Did not pay a premium golf course view to be block by trees. For $800 a month in HOA dues, you’d expect at least the courtesy of maintaining the view we’re paying for. It’s frustrating to live in a premium location and feel like the HOA just doesn’t care.
Great, Summerlin oasis. The central pools, hot tubs and workout room make this gated community fantastic; Then there are the fantastic views. On another note, the management company is very good, which makes living here easy.
Los encargados de este lugar los tienen amenazados con que nos ban a correr si ponemos más quejas por que los vecinos son unas miserable bestias no tiene respeto por la paz ajena son drogadictos y nadie hace nada por que tienen miedo son personas que no tienen ni una pizca de educación mejor dichos mis perros tienen más educación que mis vecinos
