Toll Brothers builds such beautiful condos.
Too difficult to have someone meet you to look around. Once we got someone to let us in they never called back to answer the questions we asked.
The trees outside have been left untrimmed. We’ve submitted multiple requests, but the HOA continues states trees can block up to 75% of the view. Did not pay a premium golf course view to be block by trees. For $800 a month in HOA dues, you’d expect at least the courtesy of maintaining the view we’re paying for. It’s frustrating to live in a premium location and feel like the HOA just doesn’t care.
Great, Summerlin oasis. The central pools, hot tubs and workout room make this gated community fantastic; Then there are the fantastic views. On another note, the management company is very good, which makes living here easy.
