Mira Santi is a beautiful complex with so many awesome amenities. This summer I had to have my AC serviced. Rob helped me out and was very awesome. He came out quickly on a Saturday and was able to get me a cooler quickly. Although he didn’t have the parts to fix the AC himself he was able to get a company out to fix it that’s same day and my AC was working again. Thank you Rob!
Rob was great called him at 1120 at night and he came by within an hour or less to help with our broken AC unit wasn’t able to get our ac working but was super helpful and kind and brought us a swamp cooler to help cool off really appreciated his help tonight.
Rob was very professional and nice. Fixed my air conditioner very quickly. Excellent service very happy he is here!!
Dear owner, Can you PLEASE add on a 3rd treadmill and get rid of one of the old elliptical. The 3rd treadmill was taken out last update. There are to many tenants that need to use earlier in the morning during summer months. There is a morning back up and very inconvenient. Some tenants are getting off early to let others on....like on June 9th......could you please fix. Also the gym is not cleaned well..Just dumping trash. On the positive side, Hugo and team are great.
