Had my blinds updated today by Rob & Kemeyon; they absolutely did a phenomenal job. They had an earlier than scheduled time slot and asked if I was ready, hec yes come right in! Our Maint. Crew at MS is beyond exceptional. No matter the ticket I submit I have contact within 24 hours. What they can’t fix, they come back the next day! I only toured here and the your Monica gave was great. Ultimately I feel like the price for the unit was too high with how aged most of it was. Despite being old it was in good condition, but it just felt like I was in my Grampa's old kitchen. People in the community seem nice. The gym is ok but don't have the equipment I really wanted (boxing bag/kickboxing stand & leg press). The dog park is on the small size, so if you have a dog under 30lbs it will be fine but it will probably look like jail for anything bigger than that... read more
We had issue with our kitchen faucet and valve. There was a leak as well. Rob did a fantastic job in fixing and installing a new faucet for us. Thank you Rob
I just got new window blinds installed, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Huge thanks to Rob and Jesse from the maintenance team.
