I need to call out this place for a terrible customer experience. I can't understand how they have good reviews—either customers are bribed for positive feedback or I was specifically targeted. I’ve only seen one other review similar to mine. For context, I pay for dental insurance that covers three free cleanings a year, and when I booked my appointment, they assured me they worked with my insurance.
