The old man at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending — acting like he’s the president or something. He talked to customers as if he was scolding them. Is that how you treat customers?Terrible experience. I absolutely would not recommend this place
As far as I can tell the job was completed, mind you it’s only been 2 days. But as I review the invoice I realize most of the $700 bill we received was labor. From the time I gave them the ok to fix it to the time they called and said it was done, it was 2 hours. Some how there are 5.5 hours worth of labor charges. So I’m confused as to how this works.
