horrible, practice. never experienced this in my life.
Going to The Kaga Institute was a horrific experience. Dr Kaga burned half my face with a laser leaving me with permanent scars. She refused to refund me and could care less. She didn’t even do the correct procedure due to her lack of communication and care.
Impatient and no compassion and could not listen . Very rude
I had been to the hospital and was not feeling well. I was told to follow up with my primary care doctor. I called 4 times and asked if they could please fit me in. They said they would get back to me they never did. Finally after 2 weeks they call and leave a message on my phone saying they put me on the list if there are any cancellations. It’s been 2 months. Was there for Vampire Breast Lift which was very painful, expensive and I do not see a difference from where I started. I was told it would add volume/fullness to my breasts but that didn’t happen at all. I had it done 3 months ago, paid $2,000 and do not see noticeable results thus far. I also have a lump at each injection sight on my chest which Dr. said eventually goes away (but have not). I would NOT recommend the Vampire Breast lift and regret not doing my research before hand. Did not even introduce herself. Did not ask me any questions about symptoms, just ordered labs and when I said I wanted to tell her what was going on, she said, " go ahead while I write." Physical exam consisted of listening to the left side of my lungs, not even the right side (I was not having any shortness of breath). Always an hour to an hour and a half wait. Almost every time.
Dr. Kaga is a caring and honest physician. She took her time with me and was very patient in answering all my questions. I went to her for an aesthetic procedure, and unlike other doctors that I have been to, she was very honest with me and did not try to influence me to do more than was necessary. Unfortunately, you do not find that kind of intergrity in many doctors today. I would definitely recommend her.
