Francie is amazing! She was patient, thorough, and helped explain to me step by step what she was doing, how each product and step essentially helps the next step and how to enjoy my hair more. I got such a refreshing and beautiful cut and style that I can enjoy easily for my day to day life. She has such a fun personality and was so easy to talk to and work with. I cannot overstate how rare it is to find a stylist who truly understands blonde hair - not just how to color it, but how to make it look luminous & natural. Frances doesn't just rely on basic techniques - she is incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly she genuinely listens with an intent to understand the clients needs.
