I would never recommend Mira Bella Apartments. I was forced to break my lease because of domestic violence. For my safety, I filed a police report and obtained a restraining order, which under Texas Property Code §92.016 legally allows me to terminate a lease without penalty. I provided all of this documentation to management. Instead of respecting the law and doing the right thing, management ignored my rights and still reported me to collections. Yes, this is an older property so yes it's gonna be issues. But the maintenance guy the black heavy guy Terrance is doing a amazing job. One of the good maintenance guy that works. Always speaks and do his job. Office staff is good to. My problem is people throwing trash on the grounds and not picking up their dog poop.
I won't lie the interior honestly isn't that bad, but the outside needs repair and the surrounding area is burgularized often. It isn't the best area for a kid. If you're single and stay to yourself maybe.
I’ve been here 4 years management has changed a few times but Ms.Davis has helped me tremendously with any issues I’ve had and being understanding, she’s the best property manager I’ve had and would highly recommend living there long as she is manager.
