I took my broken AEG in to get fixed and upgraded. The staff was very friendly and the technician in the back was very knowledgeable. They got me set up with what I wanted and mailed my AEG back to me within 5 days of dropping it off. 2 of those days being Saturday and Sunday. Fast and friendly service.
I had a issue and they took care of me
Absolutely mangled my friends gun. Electrical taped wires, broken components, horrendous shimming, and a split gearbox. Do NOT trust them to tech.
They are great and knowledgeable people that care about their customers. Honestly, keep up the good work! 🫡
order was place 7 months ago the item is still not sent, called in and was told the item wasn't in stock when i paid for shipping. what isn't okay is the slow or down right awful customer support, don`t bother with email or messaging on the website because your gonna end up feeling ghosted as they don`t respond, called in and got it "solved" but that shouldn't be the end all be all solution as the 8 minute call cost me as much as parts and shipping combined. something needs to be done when it comes to customer support and th... read more
