Very friendly
The guys in the store are great. They are patient and helpful with any and all questions regarding equipment and/or gameplay (technical or non-technical). I've been to several of their out of state Milsim events and awesome facilities and generally great with communication. The onsite mobile truck store at the events is hugely convenient for repairs that might happen where you are easily 2-3 hours from any kind of parts store. I bought an Umarex G36C a while back, and during my first two games, parts of the rifle were falling off. I sent an email asking for replacement parts as miscellaneous parts such as the firing selector and rubber shoulder pad were falling off. Even worse, a metal pin which held the battery compartment in place kept falling out too. They said they could get new parts, and they would keep me updated.
