Terrible work experience for a young social worker. They only care about billable hours and gave themselves a pat on the back when they finally offered employees basic health insurance. Crazy. Edit: CEO sought me out via Facebook to threaten her attorney.
Mir Senior Care Management is extremely professional and knowledgeable in their field. I would recommend them anyone needing senior care management. Their entire staff goes above board to do what’s in the best interests of their clients. I’m grateful for this company.
My experience with MIR in the Corpus Christi area was neither helpful and wound up paying too much for nothing. Be careful as they want you to authorize payments before you even know what they are going to do. Billed over $400. for one person to call around and find out nursing home availability, even though I did not think we were ready as patient would never leave house. My GP recommended MIR to me when I told her about some health issues of my aging parents that I was struggling with. MIR quickly responded to me and explained their services very clearly. For the last 8 months I’ve been working with Amy Mata. She does home visits to check in on my parents which has given me a lot of peace of mind. Her knowledge and compassion has been so valuable!
