I have had 4 visits so far , starting in April 2024, one with Dr. Mir in the Hagerstown office and then follow up visits with Shannon Martin, Haleigh Doane, and Danielle Distefano at the Cumberland office. The In - house staff is friendly and helpful with concerns, med refills, and appointment scheduling. It seems they have a high turnover with providers in the Cumberland office, I've had a different provider every visit due to staff leaving.
They never send in your proscription and you get the run around when u call them about it
