Second time coming for an appointment and both times waited over 2 hours to see the doctor. Make sure your day is empty before agreeing to an appointment.

One of the best diagnosticians I have ever seen. Dr Mir referred me to Johns Hopkins for second opinion and doctor there laughed and said he has never found a reason to disagree with Dr Mir’s diagnosis or course of treatment. He is a wealth of knowledge. The office may not be as efficient as others but what is important is doctors knowledge and experience.

Dr. Mir wanted me to have an EEG, just to check for an unlikely underlying problem. He didn't initially schedule a follow-up for the EEG and just said that they would contact me if the EEG showed a problem. I became very anxious then when I received a call a couple of weeks later requesting a follow-up the next day. I waited an hour in the waiting room for my appointment, and once I was seen, they couldn't even find my EEG. Once they did, I was told, "I'm not sure why you're here. I showed up on time and was seen within 10 min for my EEG . then I was forced to wait for an 1.5 hours. Dr. Mir never even mentioned my EEG. the only mention of it was my PA who said it "looked normal" She actually asked me some standard questions and helped problem solve. I do not have a problem with helping students learn. I always say Yes to having students do everything. the problem was I was coming to a specialized clinic to have Dr. Mir look at my test to see if He could figure out what was happening to me. all he said... read more
