Excellent first impressions and dress shopping experience with sales consultant Annie. She was helpful, intuitive, and fun. She impressed my family with her ability to hone in on which dress was really my favorite, despite the typical bridal confusion. She really made the experience a good one, and though I didn't make my decision that day, it was some of her comments I kept coming back to that helped make my final decision a few weeks later.
Hats off to Madison!!! She found a gown for my best friend who's wedding was only 3 months away!!! She was extremely kind, patient and fun. She knows her stuff and I highly recommend you go see her on your quest for the perfect gown!
The sales manager has been so positive, professional and overall just takes care of all my questions and concerns.
They were super helpful, as I was trying dresses I will give them feedback and they would bring me more. They have dresses for every budget and I liked that all the dresses they brought were within my budget.

Wonderful experience!!! Everyone was very helpful, and with a group of 6 with me, everyone was treated excellent! Even my niece who is 4, when she got impatient, she got to try on a flower girls dress and she was so happy! Customer Service was perfect!! They had wonderful recommendations on accessories, and did not try to show and sell you the most expensive items. Annie was amazing. She listened to me 100% and pulled everything I could think of. I had a horrible experience later that day at another bridal shop that put me into tears when I left! All I could think about was the dress I fell in love with back at Miosa. I am coming back to get my dress!!!! Thank you Annie so much for finding my dream dress and thank you for actually taking your time and hearing me out..
