I cannot say enough good things about the facility and staff as well as my experience. I had several questions during my day before scheduling call and Beth handled them all and put me at ease. My nurses Rylie and Nikki were fantastic and kept me informed of the process during pre and post-op. Dr. Hammoud was fantastic and my surgeon Dr. Grant was great. The waiting room is not super large but enough for everyone. Thank you for Kuerig and kcups Registration- very nice staff. Preop and post op very good.
Had a total hip replacement on 9/1/26 and cannot begin to tell you how amazing my experience was. Starting With check-in and ending with discharge EVERONE I encountered was extremely kind and friendly (even at 5:30am). In pre-op, the staff was courteous, professional, and attentive to my needs. I have RLS and anesthesia can trigger violent outbreaks, which we conveyed to the Anesthesiologist, who was extremely attentive and planned alternative meds for the procedure as a result. Doctor Jason Davis is my orthopedic surgeon. This man is very thorough and listened to my concerns. I didn't know what to expect at the Inkster Road location, where my total hip replacement took place. It wasn't a hospital like I was used to having an operation in. Fantastic environment with a friendly knowledgeable staff. Pretty much an office building that was a surgical facility. None of that coughing, sickly, stuff I was used to seeing.
