Have been there on several occasions over a few years. Always loved the pizza. Tonight, I made the mistake of ordering baked ziti. It was an oily, disgusting, runny mess. It started with a set of filthy dirty cutlery. Thankfully, they have plastic cutlery available. The salad was a sad, tired, unappetizing plate of wilted iceberg lettuce, some stale croutons (who eats those anymore?) and, for some inexplicable reason, slices of canned black olives. Eeeew! We are from northern California. The steak calzone and breadsticks were outstanding. You won't find a better pizza place. The cost was extremely reasonable. We loved it.
I would normally given this place 5 stars. I have been going for years despite the outrageous prices. I was unhappy tonight and called to ask about my issue. I was given a very lax response. It was pretty much oh well.... Too bad ... If it had been received with a better attitude than what i was given i would have been fine. He (Carl) just really wasnt concerned.
Food is always perfect since day 1.
