Doesn't answer portal messages, doesn't answer the phone at lunch time. Holding my mother's dna test results hostage, federal law and HIPA require release of test results to the patient. No idea if we have an appointment since it's not listed in the portal and they do not answer the phone when we can call, which is lunch time. Highly recommend avoiding this practice.
