In my experience, this contractor failed to deliver the work as agreed. Communication was poor, commitments weren't honored, and I was left extremely disappointed. His sub contractors even refused to finish work due to non payment. Stay away from this clown!
Doesnt pay his bills for services rendered-he used our company for a portable toilet a year ago , has an open invoice and never paid us and never answered any messages on the phone or via email to bring the account current- very poor business practice
