I wish I had a better review to write, after my family has used Minzenmay's for decades for all of their jewellery. My family also owned a peninsula business and always raved about the wonderful service and how you're in safe hands. So not long ago I took my heirloom gold locket to Minzenmays as the chain it was on had become compromised. We walked in wanting to try on wedding bands. The ladies did a great job at customising the wedding bands to our tastes and providing helpful advice to help us get exactly what we want. We purchased on the spot and are very pleased with the experience!
Michael and the team at Minzemay made my experience of purchasing an engagement ring truly memorable. They were able to meet custom design requirements perfectly and made all communications and questions easy. They made the whole process comfortable and personal - they were leagues ahead of other major jewellers I was also talking with. I can't thank them enough! Highly recommend.
