I called Candle Nail Bar in a panic due to being left with an atrocious set from a different salon. They were very kind, and also able to fit me in for an appointment during a busy day. I walked in at 2:30 and was in a chair within 10 minutes and given choice of drinks/snacks. My tech was amazing, and fixed my nails with ease. A lot of nail techs, pedicure was great, the even service free drinks, wine.
In my original review, I expressed disappointment as a loyal customer of over seven years. I shared that my mother and I drive 40 minutes one way to visit this salon, that we have remained committed despite transitioning between several nail technicians over the years, and that we have referred many friends and family members. The first time I came here impeccable service and I loved my nails. She gave me exactly what I asked for . I came for a nail repair the next week .. pretty straight forward and quick, so I thought. The older gentleman up front said it was a long wait. ok I still need it fixed. He just stood there like I was supposed to leave. I said Yall have a lot of people working so I would wait. I usually like this place but today I was soooooo disappointed this nail tech was no good. I'm sorry but I've never left a nail salon after a 70 dollar fill and felt this way.. I feel like I got taken advantage off.. this is unacceptable. Under my nails was not cleaned and the were not all the way filled in.. I included pics
