I had not been here since they opened years ago and I feel like I should not have come back here for a reason. The aesthetics are very nice as they have always been. I assume most of the people that come have a tenured relationship with the individual they see on a regular basis because the lady that did my nails did an ok at best job. I want to be honest but fair about my experience. I understand that small nicks can happen during cuticle work — I get acrylics often and I’m not overly sensitive about that — but what happened during my appointment went beyond a normal nick. A cuticle tool removed part of my skin, and I was bleeding for much of the service. The blood was on my finger, on the paper towels, and even on the technician. Superb services with friendly and efficient technicians! My family has been getting manicures & pedicures at Candle Nail Bar for years and they never disappoint. Prices run a little high but for salon maintenance, time spent, and services rendered, it’s worthwhile!

I am beyond disappointed with this visit. My mom and I have been coming here for months and never expected an experience this bad. We were seated next to each other and from the start it was obvious the nail techs were careless and unprofessional. While actively drilling on our nails, they kept looking over at each holding conversations, burning us MULTIPLE times and even cutting us. I have gave this establishment multiple opportunities and I’m done. This is the only nail salon/spa I’ve been to that falsely advertises 10-15min massage with pedicure. The nail techs start the timer before they begin the massage 😔. The worst is the techs who do not even use the timer and totally rip you off 😠. For the prices they charge, ambience, and aesthetics this is beyond ridiculous!!I have tried different techs and the problems persists which tells me they are trained to cheat the paying customer.
