The first experience should be the best. I was referred there and was shocked. But a nail tech came and saved the day. They gave me a nail tech that had to be new. Why couldn't polish and even file my nails correctly. And didn't let me wash before she put oil on my nails. I paid half of a hundred, these prices we should all walk out happy. I really try not to complain but when you get a pedicure and pay extra to add gel & french tip you don’t really expect to get this messy of a job. The French tips are messy and the clear gel is on my skin which will peel up in no time making the entire polish lift. It’s really disappointing
I’ve been coming to this place since I moved to Fayetteville 9 months ago and I’ve always enjoyed my experience and services but last time Tiffany did my nails and she bombed it and just my luck I got Tiffany again and my nails are just as horrible if not worse. Some people just got it and some don’t. Tiffany don’t!! Horrible shape cuts on three of my fingers and she’s very aggressive with he “technique”
I came today with my best friend. We got fill ins and pedis. Pulling into the parking lot it looked very busy, they seated us within a few minutes. The service was very pleasant and Stephanie made sure I got what I wanted. They moved us straight to the pedicure chairs with no wait. I live an hour away but this is definitely my new go to. Definitely satisfied with the service.
My intentions were just to get a fill in but after the beautiful way Lina did my fill in, I just had to get a pedicure. She is the example of great customer. We laughed and joked, which is even more reason to come back. Her co worker Stephanie, who was working on my best friend was just as wonderful. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much ladies!
