Very Disappointing Experience I went to this place to get a pedicure after not having one in quite a while. I was looking forward to a relaxing experience and some self-care, but unfortunately, I experienced the complete opposite. The person who did my pedicure had a hard time understanding what I wanted, and the service felt very rushed. Loves this place for my nails! Girlfriend and I got once a week.
A week ago I walked in to get one nail repaired and the customer service was so unprofessional from the guy in the front. I didn’t understand what he was trying to ask me and when the young lady explained it to me, he had an attitude and made it a problem because I didn’t get it done there. He didn’t even try to help me find the color to match my one nail that broke and made it sound like I couldn’t get it fixed there. His body language and tone was so unprofessional. My wife got her nails done and they scratch my back real good. 😏
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited to get my eyebrows done, left and came back twice, and still was never helped. It felt like I was being treated differently than other customers, and the experience left me feeling discriminated against. To make matters worse, I was also told I couldn't make an appointment. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and I won't be returning.
