I have had annual maintenance on my HVAC from Minutemen for 15 years now. Put simply - Jim is the best! Great knowledge, great communication, and trustworthy. Story: One snowy below zero January night, my furnace stopped. I called Jim and he came over at like 1am, diagnosed the issue, found a 24 hour warehouse with the part, picked it up and had me back up and running before morning came. And that's why i recommend him strongly!
