Extremely rude and unprofessional. We called to find out how much we owed for a print job and my co-worker was actually told “Can’t you just write in the amount, I’m not near the computer right now”. WHAT? She was then put on “hold” and could hear the person in the background complaining about how ridiculous we were, and someone else agreed. We will NOT being using their services again!
We just received our business cards from Minuteman Press and they are excellent! Sherman was very responsive and understood exactly what we needed. We will absolutely be placing another order in the future!
