Super disappointed with the customer service today, did not receive what I asked for. Asked twice if I could leave a sample and she said no we don’t need it. Called me to come in for completed job, and only half of it was done. So I had to come back. Second time I came to get my order I got something different than what I wanted. No “I’m sorry you’re unhappy”, “could I redo it” or price discount. Not one single word, she just stared at me as I paid. They did a fabulous job printing out our wedding invites, and they were extremely reasonable! Their customer service is spectacular, exactly what you would expect from a family owned business. I recommend them to everyone! (be sure to say hi to Lucy when you're there!)
