(It is very rare that I write bad reviews, but I felt compelled to do so in this case). Not really the best communication or customer service...I dropped off a project and was told I would have a quote the following morning. (I did mention that the "PROJECT" was in no rush). I Called 7 days later asking for the quote and was told someone would get back to me, and that the person in charge "Was going through some family stuff". No one returned my call. E-mailed drawings for printing. No one got back to me so I called a few days later, they said they would let me know when the order was ready. Had to call again to see if the order was done because no one bothered to call. Sent someone to pick up the order and when they brought it back none of the plan sets were stapled together as requested. Will never use them again.

I've used Minuteman for over 15 years now and they have never disappointed. As my business changed, my print needs changed and they have helped me move forward.
