I spoke to Tim (Owner) today regarding an error in a large printing job missing 13 pages . Tim was very RUDE ! I felt disrespected to the point I felt the need to file a complaint with the BBB & contact corporate to complain since I couldn’t reason with Tim . I went over my order with the associate , the 1st page of every link , it was several links over 400 pages . This wasn’t the 1st issue I had with errors . I explained that to the associate when I came in for this service. They aren’t able to do detailed print jobs

Fast & friendly service. We have used their services several times recently. They delivered everytime. They offer a full line of printing services. They even fax!!
This place is the very definition of customer service. We used them to print place cards and seating charts for a reception. From the start, they displayed a “can do” attitude. They were prompt, responsive, creative and easy to work with. The pricing was very reasonable and the results were totally professional. I wished I had thought of it earlier for other printing needs for my event. I highly recommend them.

I have ordered my save the dates, bridal invitations, baby shower invitations, flyers and postcards for our church, and much more from Minuteman! Every time we use this business they are quick, reasonably priced, and so very kind!! I would highly recommend them!!
