I was the Gala Chairmen for 250 person dinner at the Biltmore. The invitations created by the team at Glendale Minuteman were stunning, then at the last minute they created a beautiful 5 side pentagram centerpieces along with donations envelopes in just 2 days. The whole process was seamless and so easy with Andrew helping with graphics and Erika making sure delivery happened even late on a Friday. Just the best Team to work with ever! Love you guys Scott

I have used this company for years. Always top notch work. This is the first job with the new owners, however. They have moved locations, so it is easier to park. I called and they had our old files, they did a fix I requested and sent the proof electronically so I could approve it quickly. It was perfect. Later they gave me a call and asked if I could come down and approve a paper proof because there was color involved. Had a wonderful experience at Minuteman Press Glendale. Erika and Andrew were incredibly helpful and patient in guiding me through paper selection and making sure everything was just right before committing to a full print run. The final prints came out beautifully. Excellent quality and color reproduction. As an artist who needs to trust a print shop with reproducing my work accurately, I couldn't be happier. Will absolutely be back!

Customer service like this truly does not exist anymore, for this establishment alone I need the option to rank more than 5 stars! Not only were they able to test and help with different paper types I was looking to have printed, they found a solution for the print rather than the provided directions, not to mention gave me a beautiful tour and review of different printing services to be used for crafting. Will be returning no doubt!
