Horrible experience. I’ve been working with Minuteman Press for over 4 years, but after moving to this new location, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude and failed to follow basic protocols, like sending a digital invoice via email. Unfortunately, I will not be doing business at this location again.

I always use Minuteman Press of Alexandria for my printing needs. Jeff and the staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Their print quality is always top notch, and I highly recommend them.

Thank you to Jeff & Jonathan for stellar service and quick turnarounds! I reached out at 2pm on a Friday afternoon asking for last-minute prints and they got it done before close of business for me. Quality was perfect and I couldn’t be happier! It’s a mistake if you went anywhere else.

My father passed away suddenly and we had only two days to prepare before the funeral. I called them at 10 am the day before the funeral and they were able to get us the programs before close of business the very same day. They were so incredibly kind and considerate during a hard time for me and my family. The programs looked beautiful and were perfectly done, at a completely reasonable price. I couldn't recommend more.
