Had a repair on a broken pipe that was discovered on a previous visit. Nick Fontenot came out promptly and not only got the job done quicker than I expected, it cost less than the estimate! Been using Benjamin Franklin for 20 years (I think Nick has worked on at least three different houses for me) and I have been a happy customer.
Titus and Cody did an amazing job performing a new install of my HVAC system. They communicated to me every stage of the installation, and left the area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend these two techs.
