Actually, out of the 7 keys I got made, 1 of them does not work. It appears the teeth are messed up. How do I get a replacement? Other than that, it was fast and easy.

Copied five new keys and none worked, no contact from them, I did email them about the issue, but no response.

I used this machine at Lowe's to make 2 keys. The third one turned out to be free, a nice bonus! It took about 5 minutes total. All 3 keys work! I write this because sometimes when I get keys made by people I get home and 1 or more keys don't work. All it all it was a good experience and I would recommend the Minute Key machine.

I had three duplicate keys made at the Minute Key Kiosk machine at the Gunn Highway Walmart. I used a hardly used key as a source key. All three keys failed the test when I got home. They failed to operate the lock properly. I sent an email to support. And 24 hours later no call back. No email. And no refund that I request. I will not use them again. Next time I will take the time and go to the locksmith up the street. John
