Not a minute clinic. They claim i need to use a minute clinic for my insurance to work on vaccines. So unless!

This place is Trash who ever gave a five star probably works there...came in to a empty clinic no one in site or waiting. I was told we are full for the day and I need to make a appt. What is the purpose of a minute clinic if your not taking in walk-in patient. CVS must do better

All machine check in, phooey... machines did not work correctly. Walk in a is a joke. Do not waste your time.

Their check-in machine doesn’t work. Had to reschedule my appointment even though I was early. This is the third time this has happened and usually the doctor will come to the waiting room at the appointment time to see if you’re there. But this time the doctor conveniently decided to come to the waiting room 10 minutes after my appointment time so she could tell me I was “late to my appointment and had to reschedule”….even though I was early….

Lateisha Creal CSN # 583273141 needs her medical license taken away immediately! She kept telling multiple patients with appointments that their insurance wasn’t going through, only for them to call their insurance or go to the pharmacy for a double check to find out she was wrong. When confronted with the evidence she was very hostile and defensive and refused to see them because she was “booked”. Funny how that’s possible after you just canceled several appointments?! Very unprofessional and have already filed a complaint.
