Do not, under ANY circumstances, use Minute Clinic. I literally handed them my insurance card, and instead of using updated insurance, they billed insurance I haven't had for years and expect me to pay the balance. Absolutely useless and brainless.

A very horrible clinic/staff. Very unclean, unprofessional area and worker. Not even sure what her qualifications are. Zero knowledge, zero manners just a pathetic health care staff. It’s waste to take appt they do not honor it it’s more than an hour wait for poor care. by a questionable credentials person I will never go back or recommend this clinic.

I came for a vaccination, it was pretty straightforward. I made an appointment day of online. Checked in at the kiosk 10 minutes early and waited maybe 10 min past my time slot, but that’s normal: at Walgreens on Quince I’ve waited 30-40 minutes before. I had Jacinta who is an NP. She was really nice.

Absolutely mind boggling how bad this clinic is. Justine who checked me out had absolutely zero medical background. She gave improper recommendations, and license should be looked into. It is unfair that patients go there with sickness/illness and she has absolutely no idea what shes doing. Thank god the lady behind the pharmacy counter stepped in and let her know I was being misdiagnosed, and then was able to get the proper prescription. Waste of time, go anywhere else but here.
