0Start was not possible. They don’t deserve even one start. Very unresponsive, unreliable clinic. Always close. Always a shortage of staff. Don’t waist your time.

When I went to MinuteClinic I was told that in most cases I'd get my Covid-19 test back in around a week, but it could be up to 10 days. If you look at the website it now states 6-10 days...I'm at 14 days. They say if you have questions call their customer service #. So I did. Once again I hear 6-10 days, but it could take longer. I tried to speak to someone, but I've called 4x and have always been told to try later... What are you supposed to do? Stay in till they get around to it? This is way too long.

I was ready to give their clinic very excellent review after I was attended by a male nurse named Matthew M , on 8/ 24/19 , he gave me one of the best customer service I experienced in a long time. And then I came back on 8/27/2019 at 12pm to do my reading and I was met by a very angry, disgruntled nurse ( Erin S) I didn’t understand why she was not nice through out such a short and easy process.It Walked out of there feeling very uncomfortable

I’ve gone here several times and every time I go the doctor is super friendly, helpful, and fast. Also you can’t find a better price for the great care you receive from here.
