The MinuteClinic system is abysmally designed and their doctors are clearly overwhelmed and misused. Apparently you aren’t able to receive a Covid test through MC unless you have Covid, but you’re still allowed to schedule an appointment just to waste everyone’s time. It even asked me if I had Covid while setting me up, then allowed it when I said “no”. More confusingly, you somehow CAN get a Covid test through a CVS drive through, which is what I’d done before. Made an appt for a booster vaccine and got here only for them to say they were out of stock.
I was received shortly after checking in. I need an ear exam and cleaning. Everything was done professionally and very efficiently.
The new protocol to wait in your car is nice. I recommend scheduling a time online if you’re able to. I didn’t have to wait that long! Very nice care and very helpful information was given to me. I felt the room was very clean and safe as well. I would consider going here again for any non-emergency illness or health concerns.
