Came in for a sports physical and they just took my money…failed him for asthma that’s controlled. He’s been playing football getting clearances since junior high school. So I would not recommend going here for a sports physical, especially if you’re being seen by the nurse practitioner. The care I received was excellent and the wait time was short.
My wife was seen here about 2 months ago and paid her copay at the time of visit. We did not realize that they did not process our insurance correctly until they charged our card for $298 2 months later. After review we called customer service to have this fixed and they told us it could take about 4-6 weeks for us to receive a refund after they finally summit this to our insurance and it is processed correctly.
